We’re currently working on a book about Settlers and Nomads. It’s our experience that there are two types of person in this world, those who think and live within a single comfortable culture and those that like to experience and enjoy other cultures. At times of change, like the world is in now, those changes cause stress to Settlers but excitement to Nomads. The difference in approach causes unhealthy division. Understanding and accepting each other leads the world forward through this change.
A new venture that one colleague in Cyprus, another in the Netherlands and I are launching. Globalisation that embraces diversity, rather than making people feel threatened by it, is to be encouraged.
